The Campbell Primary School Parents and Citizens Association extends a warm welcome to all existing and new families to the 2022 school year.
We invite all parents/carers and community members to the Parents and Citizens Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held via WebEx on Tuesday 29 March, 2022 @ 6:00 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to learn about what the P&C is all about and consider being a member, or office bearer of the P&C. All Office Bearer positions will be vacant. Getting involved with the school is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet other families, not forgetting how special it is for your children to know that you are supporting the school.

It is most important that all office bearer roles are filled at the AGM, otherwise we can not have a P&C. I urge parents/carers to consider these roles. A summary of what the roles entail is within the PowerPoint.
If you wish to nominate for a position, please complete the form by clicking here and place in the P&C box which is in the Administration building. Nominations are required by 4:00 pm, 23 March, 2022. Nominations for positions can also be taken during the meeting.
Parents that wish to join the P&C AGM should return the P&C registration form by clicking here and return this to the administration with the $1.00 membership fee. Registration forms are required by 4:00 pm on the 23 March, 2022. Once your registration form is received you will be sent a link to join the P&C AGM WebEx meeting to be held at 6:00 pm 29 March, 2022.
Q. Can I attend the AGM and then decide to join on the night or after?
A. Yes, you can still join the AGM , however, you can not vote on this occasion, until you are a paid member. Please just let the school know that you wish to be included in the P&C AGM WebEx meeting and we will send you the link. email: Amanda.Downing@education.wa.edu.au
Q. Can I decide to join the P&C as a paid member when I join the WebEx AGM?
A. Yes, you can take screen shot of the registration form in attachments and send it as a photo to the secretary at that time. You will be expected to pay the $1.00 fee.
